How to kick start the new year... With a healthier SEXUAL appetite!
It doesn't really matter if you have a steady partner or not. You deserve to have a happy and healthy sex life...right? How do you get rid of those old thoughts and habits that may be keeping you from having the best sex ever? Does talking about sex make you sexier? Let's talk about it and see.
If you ask Justin Timberlake he'd tell you that he's bringing sexy back. Leticia says "sexy never left". Being and feeling sexy is so much more than what you wear and what you look like. It involves you as an individual, your family, your friends, your work, and your beliefs. The degree of your sexiness can be altered by other factors like your age, your weight, your past experiences and even your finances.

Now tell me who hasn't had some doubts or inhibitions when it comes to sex? There's nothing like being "boonkey butt naked" in front of another person or alone to make you question if your feet are too small or your hands are too big right?
The one thing that I hear from men all the time in regards to finding someone sexy...is not the size of the boobs or butt it's the size of the ego. It's about confidence. Sexy men and women some how know they are sexy. They exude this thing that screams to others "don't mess with me unless you are ready for me to rock your world"! I do think that a lot of this confidence is mind over matter. "I think therefore I Am"! Hey, whatever works right?!
It would seem to me that getting our inhibitions out of the way and our doubts about not being perfect, would allow us the ability to have more satisfying sexual experiences. It really does all begin in our minds. If there is something that you don't like about your body, then change it...if you can. If you can't; then grab it, kiss it, claim it, love it and then work with it. Use what you got to get what you want.
If you are not getting what you want from your partner than ask for it. Show them how you like it. You wouldn't go into a restaurant and just sit down and hope that the waiter would just bring you your favorite meal. Would you? Sometimes we don't know what we want; we just know that we want something else. Talk, talk, and talk about it. Chances are that your mate wants and needs a little more variety too.
I must point out that sometimes the issue is more than just wanting and talking about it. Sometimes there are very real physical limitations that keep you from reaching your peak sexual performance. In areas that involve sexual dysfunctions, I would advise you to seek medical attention. Do some research, do some reading and don't be afraid to talk to someone about it. Although this problem may be new to you, the problem is not new and you are certainly not alone.
This is Leticia, telling you that YOU have the power to be sexually free...literally in the palm of your hand.

Communication is key in a relationship so that each person can let the other know what turns them on and what dosen't.

Talking about sex prior to getting it started, lets your partner know what you enjoy so each of you can lie alone and envision the pleasures you will have when you get together. My theory is just to release any self doubting and go with the flow, accepting that the first time won't be your best. It takes a little practice to get used to each others' bodies. Good article.

Great article!! I have known for a long time that sexy really has nothing to do with how you look or what size you are , skinny or thin, or if your rich or not. It all is in the mind and how your feel about yourself and how you present yourself to others and make them "feel" you mentally. And yes that can be called self confidence but it is so much more than that tooo!!! My sex appetite is great, just have to find someone to keep up with it. Its very hard to find in one guy, but still believe its possible. call me a dreamer. Ha!

Come to think of it, talking about sex, face to face with my partner doesn't make me horny, but siting there next to him saying nothing at all but staring into his eyes or him staring into my eyes makes me as horny as hell...

Talking about sex certainly is a great way to exorcise any inhibitions you or your partner may have...opening the path for you both to enjoy some intensely satisfying sensual, sexual pleasures together...

Just try something different: having sex in the same old bed can become boring, be open-minded and do it somewhere else, spontaneously

It is important to let your partner know what pleases you and what doesn't. Sex is an important part of a relationship.

Better sex involves more than just a climactic effect. Other important variables include being safe and a mutual goal in ensuring pleasure for both partners.

Okay, I'm way on the late show with this article, but I really like the image of the restaurant and think it applies to much of a relationship. If you don't tell your partner what you want and what you need, in and out of the sack, you are less likely to get it.
